It occurred to me recently that companies can incorporate what’s happening in the stock market right now into their efforts to build a great team. Considering the level at which many stocks are trading, there are some investors who are swooping in to purchase them at very attractive prices. As a result, they stand to make a significant sum of money when those stocks eventually increase in value.
How can companies mirror this practice for the purpose of enhancing their long-term growth and productivity? I’ll explain more fully in the next issue of The Animal Science Monitor, which is scheduled for publication on Tuesday, March 17. Before I go, though, here’s a hint. Warren Buffett, one of the world’s leading investors, is quoted as saying, “A simple rule dictates my buying: be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful.”
Have a great weekend, and I hope you enjoy our issue next Tuesday.
