Just a quick reminder that the 16^th Discover Conference on Food Animal Agriculture will be held this coming spring.  The dates for the event are Sunday, April 19 through Wednesday, April 22, and the location is the Brown County Inn in Nashville, Indiana. 

The theme for this year’s conference is “Direct Fed Microbials/Prebiotics for Animals: Science and Mechanisms of Action.” 

Motivation can be a complex subject. While it has a direct effect on how successful people are (or aren’t), how to spark it is often a mystery. Fortunately for us, we have a new guest writer in this issue of The Animal Science Monitor, one who will shed more light on motivation. In fact, Felix Soriano of APN Consulting, LLC breaks the subject down with his article, “Motivate Employees by Using These Two Steps.” In addition, we also have our latest “Video Link of the Month.” Hopefully, these will be enough to motivate you to read this issue of The ASM . . . and enjoy it.
